The Indivisible Movement
Vision: A real democracy — of, by, and for the people.
Indivisible was formed after the 2016 election by two former congressional staffers who created a practical guide on how to organize locally and pressure elected officials to resist Trump’s agenda. It has grown into a nationwide, progressive grassroots movement with millions of activists and thousands of local chapters in every state. After Trump’s win in 2024, Indivisible pivoted, and has been developing concrete strategies and tactics that will collectively help us limit harm and rebuild our democracy, with the goal of winning back the House in 2026, and defeating MAGA in 2028.
